I originally started with renters insurance through this State Farm location. I now have multiple policies through them. They have been incredibly helpful, in particular Josh, with every step of the process. The human touch is so important. I’m able to consistently communicate with the same representative, who knows my situation. They are punctual with answers to any of my questions and are reliable with follow-up and follow-through. When you can find this level of customer service, it makes a world of difference.
